Does one of those pistons not have a dome like the one on the left?

But wait... No dome on one and Look they even have different wrist pin heights... No wonder this motor broke.....

Wait! maybe they were looking at each others parts and mixed up the pistons. That would explain it.. I broke some rods (Scat rods) that looked the same way, the big end side clearence was to tight.

Motor was assembled as per Dyno-Flo's instructions, but lasted 6 runs. Scott's Dyno-Flo motor lasted a life time compaired to this one.

It's like this, We had all these parts just sitting around and thought? What the hell, Do some math, equal out the compression with head gaskets and put the 6" rods on the f/t pistons and 5.7" rods on the domes, 400 balancer, 350 flexplate, Old oil pump off a V-6 we had along time ago, And a chrome dip stick off jeff's old engine. Seemed like a good idea at the time.

6" Rods were on the Domes John. Still don't know how it works out to 412 cubic inches.
