On a cold and windy last race of the day (Sunday Sept 4th) Ralph Beitter and his Top Sportsman Nova gets a surprise when Jay Childs TA/FC crossed lanes and made contact with him. Both drivers were not hurt and did an outstanding job of controlling their cars under the circumstances. On the previous run, Jay Childs set a new ARP track record of 6.16 for TA/FC. (Sorry for the crappy video...I had really only planned on video taping the launch and not the whole run)

I'm glad no one was hurt. Great driving guys. That wind was nasty and blowing all the cars around. The video shows just how quick it can happen. Thanks for putting it up.
