Still need to put brakes on it, my brake rotor will space it out perfect so the tires clear the frame. Need to figure out what length coilover to run. A question, how much travel do you guys shoot for in your rear suspension? Do you setup your car so your rear rises when you launch or do you set it up for it to squat? I'm limited on how low I can get the car due to upper control arm and anti roll bar interference. I'd like to keep it as low as possible but I'm not sure how much room for the rear to squat that I need. Thanks Tim Here is ride height with only two inch's of up travel. Its also sitting an inch higher than I'd like but thats going to have to change to work with making everything clear.

Painted the car over the weekend. Its cooking over night and I'm bringing it home tomorrow after work. This is my first ever car that I've painted and it turned out pretty good. I had the direction of my dad who has painted for over 40 years so that helped. Paint booth was too small so I painted this outside and the rest inside my trailer. Should be mostly put together by the end of the week. Tim

Its finally starting to look like a race car. If only I didnt have to move right now I'd be way closer to racing.

So in between houses so the car is in my trailer. Not much I can do to it other than build my tonneau cover. Its about 95% done. I need to drill all the holes to mount it, finish file all the edges so its nice and smooth, mount my fuel cell door panel, prep it for paint and paint it black.

Why not leave it natural Tim? Less to deal with especially when fueling... Looks good.....

Thanks guys. It's been a lot of work but well worth it.
Once I roll the car out into the sunlight I'll have a better idea if I like the look with it natural. My main reason for painting it black is to keep with the no Chrome, blacked out look on the car.
Hopefully I will have it fired up this weekend. Picking up my fuel line and all my fittings tomorrow from Alaska rubber.

Black will show alot of Dust. I'd spray some clear over it and leave it Natural.
